The most natural looking crowns we can offer are the latest all-ceramic crowns. Unlike tooth coloured crowns used to restore back teeth which commonly have a metal core, these crowns are constructed entirely from reinforced porcelain.
This allows us to place crowns which are strong, but which also offer ultimate aesthetics. The absence of the metal core means that light will pass through the crown and the underlying tooth in a manner similar to the way in which it would pass through a natural tooth. This is critical in producing the best possible appearance.
Some of the types of all-ceramic crowns we offer are Inceram, Procera and Lava. These crowns can also be used for crowning back teeth where appearance is of a premium. In some circumstances they may also be used to construct small bridges to replace missing teeth.
